I am a Singaporean. While I exercise about 3 times per week, I still see no change in my weight. Over the last few years I have gained gradually modtle due to carbo intake. It is not very helpful living in a food paradiise, where foodstalls, restaurants, cafes and bars are all islandwide. It is the very few countries in the world that eating, dining in can be more expensive. I am 57.5kg, and I need to move the needle down to at least 53kg.
