We'll where do I start. About 5 years ago I would say i was at my prime weight and conditioning. I actually was doing pretty well modeling and acting. For me my diet has always been out of control I find it hard finding a middle ground. For whatever reason and multiple excuses I've lost control of my diet & weight. For me I'm having a difficult time finding motivation....I'll diet for one, two months then right back to where i started....I hope to gain support from people around me and this site to finially gain control back.
