Finally! Some downward progress! Went to my daughter's graduation from Portland State's masters program OVER a year ago. We were gone on that trip for a month, lots of celebrating, lots of travelling and eating out. Doc is threatening me with a statin and possibly diabetic meds of some sort, probably blood pressure meds. YUCK. I'm hoping I can get all that under control by the end of the month. Eating low carb, NOT keto. I just feel more energetic that way, so labs will tell the tale. Wish me luck!
