I am from Southern Cali and currently reside in East Tennessee. I am getting ready to turn 50 this year and I am trying to extend my life with healthy choices. I was diagnosed Type ll Diabetic 2010 and I have been struggling with losing weight ever since. I have a very small evergy window, but I do make it to work every day and my home is clean!
