I'm 62 and have been overweight all my life. I'm now at the highest weight I've ever been and it's time to STOP. I've been a FatSecret member for a long time, did alright for awhile, gave up, etc, etc. Now I'm serious. I'm so very sick all the time, have COPD, Type 2 Diabetes and many other ailments. I've joined TOPS so I can have some face-to-face encouragement and I'm going public with my profile so I can get some encouragement on here. I have my ups and downs, but I really must do it this time, I can and I will. I am a widow, have 3 adult children, all married, 8 grandchildren and 2 stepgrandchildren. No pets, love to do needlework and just recently got into machine knitting. That's me in a nutshell. :)
