Anyone else terrified of Thanksgiving
On Thanksgiving morning I plan on getting up early like I do on a work day around 5:00 am and get in a good workout from a DVD, next I will shower and begin to cook the meal for the day which consists of Turkey and all the trimmings and I plan to enjoy everything I want that day while enjoying my family. It is one day and I will treat it as such and I don't plan to worry about it. On Friday I plan to get up early get in a workout and get back on plan. It is one day of freedom from counting calories and I plan on enjoying it.

Hi just wanted to know if anyone has wine with their dinner and does it effect weight loss? i.e slower or no difference at all. How about the skinny girl margaritas?
