How Often Do you weigh yourself?
for me once a week has helped i was weighing everyday and i wasnt working i was getting obsessed with it so bad my wife hid the scales and only brings it out on sat morning so it has helped. and i just found out something interesting, a person over the course of the day can gain up to 4 lbs during the day, but go back down. i dont know how true this is but it seems to be with me at certain times if i check which i havent for a while.
