I'm eating"out for the first time ....
while being on Atkins on day 14 of Induction and I'm scared. I know I can have a salad but is TunaSalad safe almost anywhere with no crakers or bread? I want to look and feel kindof normal while I'm with everybody but not sure what to order for lunch?Help! Thanks.
