Experience With the Paleo Diet
I have been doing a paleo lifestyle since November last year, Matt Emery's site http://www.cavemanpower.com/ is also another great resource for information and such about the paleo lifestyle. I will agree the lifestyle works for everyone I have talked to that has tried it.

Help Me
Agree 100% with everyone else that has said eat healthier and better, with more exercise. Stay away from processed foods, lots of fruit, vegetables, meats, fish things that you can actually go out and gather yourself. Use the site to count the calories and switch up what meal is your big meal. Some days make it breakfast, others dinner. Eat smart, eat to live not live to eat.

Raman noodles would not be in my plan to eat, it's processed and I would guess lots of sodium too.

Good thing about eating better is you don't have to starve yourself, listen to your body, if you are hungry then eat something but make it healthy. You will be amazed at how eating good things changes you and you will start to crave healthy stuff and the processed stuff will start to not taste as good.

This site and phone app makes it easy to track what you eat, watch your RDI and log exercise so you can get an estimated caloric total for each day.
