cheating on foods
I also give myself an occasional "guilt free" day. I think if you tell yourself that you can NEVER have certain foods, or occasionally eat a larger portion, you end up craving these things more then ever. If I know in my mind that there is a day coming up that I can have a little extra, I don't feel like I'm depriving myself & when the guilt free day comes I really do not eat much different.

How to stay full throughout the day
If I want something sweet, I'll eat some strawberries w/splenda and maybe a little fat free cool whip. If I don't want sweet, I'll take a few slices of deli turkey and roll them up and eat them alone or with some veggie sticks. Seems to satisfy & pretty low cal/low fat.
