I did it many years ago and it works but you have to be totally dedicated and it is bored very quick, no that many choices about food. I loose a lot with that but like every other diet, is just a life style so you go back to what you do now you will gain the weight again quick. Also is very expensive

I use lemon and little bet of salt and is good. my friend also add white vinegar to hers .

Sweet
You can try chromium this is a vitamin and help you body with the sugar cravings and lower the cholesterol. I take one a day so I don't crave for any sweets.

Exercise
I totally agree with jaynet25 and mlyoung I am in the same diet I have a follow up every week and here cost 40 a week, but I am not starving I am ok. I eat everything but i measure all I eat to make sure I am not over eating. It took me 2 years to loose 60 pound on my own but for the last 8 month didnt loose any thing. That is the reason I am doing it. Some people just like to comment without knowing what is the case. If something is working for somebody just be glad for them.

Cleansing
I did my detox with fruit juice only for 3 days but you have to check they are 100% juice, actually i made my own juice. and i was taking sillyum husk this is to help you colon to clean. when i did these i loose about 6 pound. For what i know you should clean you colon once a year
