Hello everyone!!! I'm an occasional binge eater, lover of sweets and an overall happy-go-lucky kind of person. I joined this site in an effort to sort of allow myself to become more mindful of my calorie intake. There's so much going on in my life right now, that keeping track of everything that I do, eat and all that is well sort of difficult. A friend told me about this site, and well I'll give it a try. I'm very optimistic and so I'm hopeful that I will benefit from joining this community.
I need to lose at least 30 lbs before Christmas,so let me get started!! =)
