Here we go
Hello everyone, this is my first day to this site and I need all the help I can get. No will power, low self esteem, and a single mother to the world's best soon to be 5 year old. I desperately need to lose weight. I am miserable in my own skin... although its only through site. I do not feel as fat as I look and it always shocks me to see myself in a picture or in the mirror. I am active in the gym, but its hard to eat healthy on my tight budget and my very busy schedule... what do I do? Any suggestions?
