I've never been one for diets but I think tracking what I eat will really help me see what I do well and what I need to work on in order to stay within my comfort zone.
I don't have a large number to loose I just want to turn some of the soft spots in to muscle and drop a few pounds to hopefully get rid of the muffin tin and gain some healthy habits along the way.
And here's my weight history up till now, since it seems to be what everyone posts about. :)
Gained 17 lbs during college. Got seriously ill and lost 30lbs and slowly gained it back as my health improved. Now nearly 3 years after that mess I was hovering around 140 so I got a Wii Fit started riding my bike to the train to get to my job once a week and eating more veggies. Since doing that I've lost nearly 5lbs but worry it will come back since the midwest winters are not conducive to biking. So I joined fat secret to scrutinize what I'm eating and to motivate myself to partake in other exercise activities for the winter.
