Need some major help!!!
Reducing your portions makes everything more affordable. That's what I did/ do on a college and then law school budget. Also, when your unsupportive bf gets in the way, try leaving and going to the gym or out for a run. My bf is a meat/pasta kinda guy too. I usually end up cooking 2 different meals. Really good advice in this thread.

is there any tip to enjoy jogging?
Good music. Upbeat. I kinda pretend I'm dancing (in my head, of course!).

Cellulite is water dense. Sodium contributes to water retention. As a result, sodium contributes to the visibility of cellulite. This is one of several reasons bodybuilders and fitness models limit salt intake when they get close to shows/ competing. I'm not going to waste my time validating this. You can have your bacon and eat it too.

yes they are articles but check the references and dr. peats site

If you think I'm going to argue about this with someone who agrees that eating fried eggs and bacon for breakfast everyday to lose weight is a good idea, you're delusional.

I haven't recorded any food in like a month. I am SO, so happy with my body. And all it took was cutting my portions. So fun to go shopping!
