Hello to the world of fatsecret! I just recently found out about this site and I'm really excited about joining! I had no idea this site even existed.
i'm trying to find a good exercise routine and better my eating habits. i bought Insanity (2 weeks ago) which I have been doing every other day and just started Weight Watchers. I'm not a real member but I am using fatsecret to count points with the help of my coworker who is a member of WW.
i've lost some weight before but haven't been able to keep it off. i know i can do it because i was able to lose weight before. i told myself i wouldn't gain it back but here i am, even worse! i'm not down on myself too much as far as being overweight (which is good for my mental health but then also bad since i should be motivated to change my unhealthy lifestyle). of course, it would be very nice to be able to fit into smaller-sized clothing! i've got my small-medium clothes in a box, hoping to one day be used again.
i've decided that i want to be healthy. heart disease runs in the family and my grandfather and aunt died at early ages (45 and 50). my husband wants me to live a long time (and so do i). we'd like to start a family mid next year and we want our baby to be healthy and that has to start with me being healthy.
