I woke up this morning still with the migraine. I wish I could say the cause was from change in diet and body detoxifing. I still will keep with the healthy eating today and get some cooking for the week done.
My goal today is to do some weight lifting for my arms.

Today was day two of a migraine so I was unable to do very little but lay around. Very sore tonight from tension from the migraine.
I did go grocery shopping for meals for the next week which I will prepare tomorrow. I am looking forward to having meals already pre-made to make this journey easier.

I have been searching for a healthier lifestyle and eating habits. I've tried many diets and even clean out my pantry but the diets all seem to have so many things that I do not have that's its expensive to start eating healthy. I am looking for some way to start with every day items incorpating healthy grains and fresh vegetables.
My starting weight is 153lbs and I would like to lose 30lbs.
I need to up my activity level however lately I have had no energy but go to work and come home.
I need any support, ideas, help, reciepies or workouts that anyone can offer me.
