RDI and weight gain
I guess that is the problem. That site says RDI of 2102 to maintain my weight and 1600 to lose a pound. This site "Fatsecret" says 2102 to lose a pound. Pretty significant difference. Thanks for the link.

RDI and weight gain
Oh, for the most part I eat at home. I just choose foods from the search have the right number of calories. So whatever chicken wings, or fries, or whatever. I just look for the right amount of calories... I am not necessarily eating out at all those places.

RDI and weight gain
I am starting to question the accuracy of the FatSecret app. I log everything I eat, I am set to sedentary, I eat less than my RDI every day, and I am not losing weight.

Is anyone else having this issue? I think maybe the RDI is just wrong. Is there a more accurate app out there I could try?
