Well, I've never experienced anything like yesterday.

The morning was ok. I didn't expect to have much energy and didn't.
From midday I started to get a really bad headache and took painkillers. I slept on the couch from about 3:30 until 6 pm because I had no energy at all and my head was thumping.

At 6 I got my dinner ready and almost didn't have the energy to eat it. I got distracted during the day and missed eating regularly = bad idea. I had peanuts as a snack at around 3 and then later in the evening I had two oat cakes. I felt nauseous so I stopped eating anything.

I narly managed to drink 11.5 glasses of tea during the day. I had two pieces of Green & Blacks chocolate which didn't make me feel any better until around bedtime and will probably have stopped me from switching to burning fat... we'll see.

Missed spending time with my man because I was asleep and went to bed with a headache. Not a happy day.
