My picture is my motivation (6 years ago, thin, in the Bahamas for diving). I did Atkins nearly 10 years ago, and lost 75 pounds--took about a year! Things were great, found a good man, and started doing some fun things, namely golfing and scuba diving. But, little by little, I cheated more and more. (If you cheat once in a while, it won't kill you; but, if you make it your regular, you're fat again.) So, here I am. I WILL look like her again (and be able to fit into my wet suit).I'm off for the summer, so I thought it would be easier to get those horrible cravings out of the way and have some successes to push me through temptations.
