Hey! I'm Steph and i'm 16 years old. I used to be overweight at about 155 (i was 5'3) then i got down to about 120 in time for a semester of grade 11 last year in Italy!(even though it was done an unhealthy way) the thing is i came back 20 pounds heavier!! i don't regret eating any of the food, however i am disappointed that i haven't lost it yet. it does not help that a few death happened during this year where i just stopped exercising completely for a month. But in time for my last year i will get back down (hopefully by the end of September) to where i used to be - this time in a little more healthy way :)
