Went on a motorcycle vacation last week in TN and NC, did a lot of riding and even did 35k of trail running.

Maintained my weight even with the full week of carb overloading for my half marathon yesterday. Finished the marathon in 2:02:43 which I'm happy with.

Ran in the heat today which wasn't a good idea. Lost 3lbs in one hour, that's how much water I sweat out.
