Hi all,
I have been trying to loose weight since my 30's. I am 56 married with 2 adult children a daughter in-law and granddaughter.. Any diet I went on in the past I couldn't stick to either because I was too hungry or I got tired of the boring food choices. I am now on South Beach diet since Feb. 2nd, and started at 196 and as of today I am 184. With the help of this sight and my life style changes I hope to reach my goal of 150 lbs.. At that point I will re-evaluate if I need or want to loose more. I love the recipes in south beach book and also the many recipes contributed on this sight. I am looking to give and receive encouragement.
