I gave up alcohol nearly four years ago and cigarettes nearly 3 years ago and I have gained weight that I just can't seem to shift and it's really annoying me. I would like to lose about 7 or 8 kilos. I am reading Bright Line Eating and it makes a lot of sense but I am terrified of giving up all flour and sugar. But I think I might try it.I will need all the help I can get!!
