Which parts of the body to measure?
I've read on here that weight alone is not a very accurate measure of how well you're doing and that inches can come off even when the weight stays the same.

So.. which parts of the body do you measure??

Me too!

Though sometimes I end up not eating the food at all haha. Usually I enter an energy bar beforehand in case I'm still hungry after dinner, so it's already accounted for. I'm kinda worried I'm not getting enough calories though :/
