I started my life change in January 2012. I hadn't really gone with a specific program or regiment. Thus I fell off the wagon after only a month and a half. Frustrated with my failure, I watched "Fat, Sick, and nearly Dead" and was totally revived in my quest to be healthy.
Although I was uber-motivated by the show, I didn't believe "juicing" was for me. I now have been eating healthy for a little over a month. I recommitted myself to eating and living healthy on June 11, 2012.

It started kind of slow, as I wasn't fully eating properly. However, with a little education from the internet, I now am seeing the weight fall off. I pre-plan meals as much as possible and work in LOTS of fruits and vegetables in to every meal. As I progress, I have been fine-tuning my daily diet to remain as consistent as possible. I am somewhat picky when it comes to veggies so I am trying to get myself to venture out of my comfort zone...with mixed success.

I can say though, that after losing just ten pounds, I already feel great,have more energy, and feel very motivated every time I look down on the scale.

I promised myself this is the last time I EVER have to lose this much weight. I have done the typical yo-yo diets, crash diets, etc. My lowest weight as an adult has been about 207 in the summer of 2003-summer of 2004. I now started at about 275. (years of pizza and beer has reared it's ugly head)
