4 to 5 times per day

I have lost 200 pounds in the past and that's how it works for me. Not saying it's a good thing to do, I need to do it for me to succeed

How often should I weigh myself?
I do it every day, keeps me focused and aware of how much food can make a difference.

Weight Loss and Hypnosis
I am new to Fatsecret and wanted to say hello, looking forward to making some new friends as well as learning from you all.
I am Steve, have been losing weight since April 2008. 18 months ago I was hypnotized for weight loss and have currently lost 154 pounds to date. I was so impressed with my results I took a course in hypnosis and became a certified hypnotist. If you are having a hard time, please give it a try, it changed and saved my life.
