My name is Sabrina. I’m 25 and I live in Texas near the Louisiana border. I have always been overweight. I don’t mind being the fat kid, but I don’t want to have to take cholesterol medicine or insulin. Every time I go to my primary doctor he tries to put me on diabetes medicine…and I’m not diabetic. He also encourages me to take some type of amphetamine appetite suppressant. Pills don’t do it for me. I know what works.
Eating healthy…lots of fruits and veg. I simply need something to help motivate me and I’m hoping fatsecret.com is it.

Supplement Information
Vitamin supplements are a so very important to my health on a “diet”. Everyday I take:
- Omega-3 Fish Oil 1360mg
- Folbic Tabs, 2 tabs
- Milk Thistle 1000mg
- Cinnamon 2- 1000mg capsules

The omega helps keep my triglycerides and cholesterol down.
The Folbic Tabs are a prescription multi- vitamin with lots of folic acid and B vitamins, which help my immune system and increases my metabolism.
The Milk Thistle is for healthy liver function.
The cinnamon promotes sugar metabolism.

Whenever I stop taking these supplements for a week it is very noticeable to me that they have a great influence on my physical and mental well-being.

~Triglycerides~
I lost 20lbs by avoiding foods high in cholesterol. My ultimate goal is to lose 50lbs, but I would love to have a healthy triglyceride level. Simply eating salmon 3 times a week and adding oatmeal about 5 days a week really helped me lose weight, and also lowered my cholesterol.
