I am a single mom trying to live a healthier life. My goal is to lose about 20 to 25 pounds. I have been losing weight gradually within the past year. I have lost a total of 50 pounds in the last 18 months, but gained 10 of it back the past month after quitting smoking. I am struggling to lose this and I have been taking in only 1400 calories per day and exercising like 5 times a week. With being 5'4" the weight shows a bit more than say it would on someone who is 5'10". I am doing the Brazil Buttlift workout program which I find to be the best results for me. I also do my own home exercise like dance, squats, twisting, jumping jacks, jump rope. I am aiming to get my tummy toned as well as my bum and thighs. these are my problem areas.
