Netflix Workout Videos
I'm sooooo embarrassed to admit this, but the best workout video on Netflix is the Situation Workout. Mike "the Situation" from Jersey Shore is pretty cheesy and sexist, but his five 15-20 min workouts are intense. I usually do two at a time. For example if I do arms and shoulders one day then I'll do abs and legs the other day.I always follow up with a ton of stretching because he doesn't incorporate much of that in his clips.
