getting disscuraged only second day in :(
thanks everyone...for your'e comments Smilemrspackrat you are absolutely right thats what ive been eating to be good and then im starving by the end of the day for real food....today instead of a smoothy i had a sm bowl of special K and for lunch tuna on a roll and im not hungry....Smile
