Just found this site today!
Hi, I'm shug, just found this site tonite. I was looking for some different recipes and found all of you on the You Diet. I have been on the diet plan since Dec. 9th and have lost 28 lbs. I have NEVER been able to lose weight and now it is just coming off and I am not starving!!! I would like to have Red's recipe for the pumpkin pancakes. I tried to make them with buckwheat mix, but they tuned out BAD111
