I've been trying to lose wait for awhile. I'm 4ft 9in and I weighed 164 in October of 2013. I had stopped drinking mt dew and went down to 118 by March 2014. I have pretty much held the 120 mark for the last year until I switched jobs. I now sit all day and started drinking mt dew again and I'm up to 132.
Now a want to change my life style around. I quit smoking July 8 this year after 27 years. I started to ride a bike and walk more in this last 2 weeks. My supervisor told me about this site and that I should write down everything I put in my mouth. WOW I consume a lot of carbs and calories. I didn't realize how unhealthy I ate.
I don't honestly have a clue of what I'm doing when it comes to eating right and exercising. I have never done it. But I'm searching this lovely internet for ways of doing things so it going to be trial and errors for a while.
