I am a Neo-Pagan Eclectic Wiccan Solitary Crone, which means I am a modern day Pagan or Witch. No, not a Halloween witch although that is my favorite holiday.
I am also a mother and grandmother who has always been "big boned". In the 1980's I had my stomach stapled while undergoing another surgery. Ice cream became my favorite food. My weight loss became a weight gain in a couple of years.
About 3 years ago I quit smoking and substituted food for cigarettes, chocolates to be precise which added another 50+ pounds. I have asthma, arthritis, hypothyroidism, migraines, high blood pressure bone spurs and periodic vertigo. Now my body hurts all the time and I need to do something about my health and weight if I wish to be here for the next 60 years.

I hear ya, I am just recently trying to get back too. You say "no support in the house". You have YOU! What better support? Yes, I know what you mean but all support has to start from within. You are already here, you are already planning what to do. You have already started. Best support is to show by example for your husband. We can't make these choices for our loved ones but we can show them the way with our own actions. Good luck.

How do I change what phase of Atkins I am in on Fat Secret?
I could not find how to change levels in "My diet" but it is an option in a drop down box on the top right of the weigh in page.
