Whoot!
So my re-started diet starts today.
I got myself some Atkins day break bars and some milk shake so I'd stay on track.
Better keep myself to my diet this time. :S

I was so hungry just now. Inhaled 10 digestives...
And I discovered some information about the Atkins diet - going to restart the diet tomorrow with modified limits.
And I'm going to avoid sitting down right from lunch onwards, because that tends to do things to my appetite.
And I need more sleep - to kill off that hunger.

Yay! The first day was a success - didn't feel as hungry as I thought I would. These pounds I'm losing are probably all the water weight - and it's the time of the month, so things should be speeding up too. xD Go me! =D
