I am 41 yrs old and a father of 2 sons (22 & 19) and 2 daughters (15 & 4). I have been married for 20 years. I also have been overweight most of my life and this is my real first serious try at losing weight and getting healthy. I am down to 189.6 lbs. My lowest was 174 lbs. But trained heavy with weights for 8 weeks and gained muscle and a little fat.
