i am 25 year old female with a crazy schedule i work two jobs and i just want to finish shedding off the rest of the weight which is about 20lbs. I so far have lost 30lbs by joining the shape up RI challenge through my employer from 2/08-05/08. I am scared as heck to gain weight again this is why i am glad i found fat secret
