Well, I think I finally got my husband on board with weight watchers. He has agreed to do it with me. I think this will make it so much easier to succeed

According to this web site I found, I need to keep my calorie intake at 1441 per day in order to lose 107lbs my May of 2012. That's not very many but I think it's doable. I now have an accountablility partner which will make all the difference I think.

Well it's time to get back on the wagon. I signed up for Weight Watchers meetings and I go to my first one on Saturday. I think I need the meetings. It's not motivating for me to just do it at home by myself
