Hello! My name is Shelby, and I about about to go into my senior year of college, and I just really want to be healthy and fit before the end of the year.
I've been dealing with difficulty losing weight for the past two years now. I was diagnosed with a thyroid autoimmune disease which basically causing my metabolism to not work most of the time, which makes weight loss extremely difficult.
About two years ago, I was at my goal weight and was feeling great about life, but due to my medical problems I started getting sick a lot (at least two weeks out of every month), which completely killed my workout routine. Because of this, I sort of fell off the band wagon of working out and I have been having a lot of difficulty getting back on a schedule.
When I have someone to work out with, I do a lot better. So I think a community to help support me, and keep me on track, will be really important in helping me meet my goals.
