I'm almost 33 years old. I have an almost 6 year old daughter and a 3 month old daughter. After losing 2 angels the past 3 years, I used being/trying to get pregnant as an excuse. Losing my babies was the hardest thing I ever went through and put me at a low point of my life. Before getting pregnant with my rainbow baby, Aria, I decided I was going to take better care of myself. I had lost 30lbs and then found out I was pregnant. I gained almost 45lbs but gave birth to my beautiful girl that we had prayed for for 3 years. Now, NO EXCUSES!!! I have to do this for my girls. I have to do this for ME!!! I know I can, I know what works, I just have to stick to it.
Every season, I watch Biggest Loser and think, "I can do that! If they can, I can" and every season passes with no results. This is the 15th season and this will be different. This time I will follow through. I can do it! I will do it!!

I started taking B12 vitamins today hoping that it would help with my energy levels. Anyone else take it or has taken it? Pros? Cons? Just looking for some feedback.

FatSecret edits.
You add something else to replace it. For example if you only slept 6 hours you can >add exercise>resting and replace sleep. Then throughout the day you add your exercises whatever they may be and replace resting

Wow! Didn't see all these replies till today. Sorry for starting a fight for using the word hubby. Geeze, I was simply asking for tips from anyone who might be in the same situation as me.
I just joined this site the other day and I guess if this is the replies I'll be getting to posts, I'll probably be avoiding the forums.

I just started yesterday, but i think it's more of a guideline. I actually lowered the recommended amount that they calculated for myself since i'm trying to do a low calorie diet. I do know that if you don't eat enough calories throughout the day it can hinder your weight loss as well though
