I'm almost 36 years old and at the heaviest I've ever been. I've been a member of Fat Secret for a long time but always fall off the wagon. This is it! (I know I've said that before).
I'm done with babies, that was an excuse for a long time. Now I NEED to be healthy for my babies.
I know I can do this, and I will.

I started taking B12 vitamins today hoping that it would help with my energy levels. Anyone else take it or has taken it? Pros? Cons? Just looking for some feedback.

FatSecret edits.
You add something else to replace it. For example if you only slept 6 hours you can >add exercise>resting and replace sleep. Then throughout the day you add your exercises whatever they may be and replace resting

I wanna lose but hubby wants to gain....what to cook?
Wow! Didn't see all these replies till today. Sorry for starting a fight for using the word hubby. Geeze, I was simply asking for tips from anyone who might be in the same situation as me.
I just joined this site the other day and I guess if this is the replies I'll be getting to posts, I'll probably be avoiding the forums.
Thanks to those of you who actually took the time to give me tips.

I just started yesterday, but i think it's more of a guideline. I actually lowered the recommended amount that they calculated for myself since i'm trying to do a low calorie diet. I do know that if you don't eat enough calories throughout the day it can hinder your weight loss as well though
