I am a 33 year old mother of two. I started this journey just after my youngest was born in 2010 and have been working at it ever since. In the first year and a half I managed to lose almost 100 lbs, but a job change and lifestyle changes allowed me to gain back almost 25 of those pounds that I worked so hard to lose the first time. Now I'm back and ready to conquer the world... well, not really. I just want to get rid of the weight so I can feel better about myself and wear the clothes that I love again :)

GoFit Kettlebells
I just tried my kettlebell workout (Kettlebell Butts & Guts) for the first time last night and it was INTENSE!!! lol
My legs are still sore and I only got through about 15 minutes.
A little background on me: I run 3 times a week for 30 minutes or more nonstop and do pilates 2-3 times a week... My kettlebell is 10lbs but I might invest in a smaller one.
I plan to try again tomorrow once the pain subsides a little Smile
