I'm thrilled to see this. I love FatSecret on my phone so I can check nutrition info before we order when we're in the car. I especially am hopeful it will help my husband make better food choices. The other night at Applebee's I ordered one of their 550 or less meals. He was about to go for a cheeseburger then saw what I was ordering and switched to a 550 meal. He was so proud of himself Smile

Who is following your own healthy lifestyle plan?
K8yk - I love your answer to how you lost weight - math!! I am also not following a diet. Hate them. I just want to make good choices and teach my kids to do the same. Keeping a food diary has always been the best way to get me to watch what I eat, and this site helps me recognize exactly how much is going in!!
