Whey Protein Powders???
I'm using the store brand from whole foods and I just realized it has some stevia in it. Hope that's ok. It sure tastes good.

bathroom issues?
So I'm on day 4, and let's just say I don't think I've been going poop enough ok? I've kept up on at least 64 oz of cranwater per day, so I am peeing a LOT. I just wish I could REALLY go, instead of a little tiny bit here and there. Anyone else experiencing this and what did you do? Any advice would be much appreciated!

New with a couple of questions
Well I know the answer to one question, that is yes you can use the capsules but it's expensive because you have to take 9 of them twice a day 18 total. Haven't noticed a difference in the cellulite yet (4th day). As far as the whey goes, I tried a shake for the first time tonight... with frozen raspberries YUM. But for liquid I just used some good old cranwater. I wonder if we could make the cranwater stronger and use that? Anyone else have any ideas?

INDEX WRONG IN BOOK??
oh all kinds of things. It's just that say you have a quick question about salt... for example. Or anything at all really. Does her website offer any explanation? I paid over 20 dollars for that book
