Just had an operation ,which meant I had to sit down and not move for 5 weeks ,then fell and damaged my knee .So have managed to pile on the pounds
now need to move them .Used to keep fit with zumba and other excersises,managed to get down to 158 lbs so did quite well and felt good ,not so good at the moment tho.
