Honestly
If you know you have a problem making excuses, why don't you do something about it? I read I have read on Project Weight Loss several articles about excuses. E.g. Dark Chocolate: Benefit or Excuse - both. Smile Do you like chocolate? Here's a perfect excuse - it is healthy, but eat the dark one. Don't like exercising? Five Excuses Not to Jog… and Their Antidotes - there are antidotes for excuses. If you have large breasts this may be painful when you`re jogging. In this case, you have only one solution: buy a resistant bra, from an elastic material. Sometimes you need to use excuses in your interest, like in the example with the chocolate or find an antidote for them, like in the jogging example. Good luck.

Rebounder (mini trampoline)
I do. It's the fun factor. I have read on Project Weight Loss what exactly can we do to look good. Jumping it’s like flying; it might be terrifying, but there’s no other way to do it - you go really high and there is no other way.

Help for fast weight loss?
The BMI, or Body Mass Index, shows you whether you`re overweight or not. You can find a BMI calculator at http://www.projectweightloss.com. If you eat healthy I suggest you try to reduce portion sizes, drink a lot of water, and avoid snacks. Even though you don`t have time to work out, you’re still moderately active if you do basic housekeeping chores, meaning you do burn some extra calories. I suggest you start counting your calories. You can use the diet and workout planner from projectweightloss.com- it lets you choose your own meals and physical activity for the day and shows how many calories you eat and how may you burn. All you have to do is to eat fewer calories than you burn. I hope this is helpful. Good luck!
