So I'm really considering doing the Fat Flush diet again. I know it works, but I was hoping this "my own diet" would work as well. I don't have any time to really do any hard exercise that would really kick this calorie burning into high gear. I've always heard that its the way you eat, not necessarily exercise that most guides weight loss. Because in many cases, working out to the max makes you eat more. However, working out is sooo good for your body and having muscle tone is good for metabolism, so I'm not denying that aspect. Its just eating right and lowering portions and getting rid of empty calories from diet is the absolute BEST way. However, if we eat too little calories then our body goes into survival mode and our metabolisms slows down to conserve. There's definitely a delicate balance. I need to find that balance.
