Goal Weight
132.3 lb
Still to go: 4.4 lb
Started May 2016 weighing at about 65kgs, weighed in at 55kgs in Oct/Nov. High protein, high fat and low to no carbs. Incorporated HIIT workouts- which kick-started my weight loss. My goal weight is 52kgs at the moment- and then to tone up. I still follow a high protein, high fat, no processed carbs or sugar or take-aways or things in tins because lets be honest, its bad for you (unless its cheat day, which I allow, as I think its important to give your body that little shock, it worked for me) Biggest thing for me is to prepare your meals the night before otherwise I end up hungry and eat crap. PREPARATION IS KEY. I also incorporate fiber into my diet such as fruit and oats, because a healthy gut = a healthy immune system. Like the Dr. Axe says "You aren't what you eat, you are what you digest". I drink alot of water and green tea, I have been slipping up as I picked up 1kg over December of course (totaling 56kgs).

Looking for buddies doing Keto or LCHF
I do a high protein and fat diet(mono/poly saturated fats (good fats) and low to no carbs. I came down from 65kg to 55kg from May to about Nov/Oct last year, I exercised quite a lot too. But I can say diet is def 80% of losing weight, exercising will give you that kick start you need to burn fat. You can always tone after you reached your goal weight.. I try to keep this lifestyle everyday as carbs/sugar are no good, esp not processed carbs/foods- like bread cakes and all that crap. I try to stay away, I have myself a cheat day every now and again and I def think cheat days are very important, you give your body a shock! Also on this healthy lifestyle, you will never have a problem with your weight, if you follow this, no sore tummies from gluten or lactose intolerance etc, only healthy lifestyle!Bad Grin Surprised Very Happy Be sure to add some fiber into your diets, very important for gut healthy and keep you intestines and colon healthy! " YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOU EAT, YOU ARE WHAT YOUR GUT DIGESTS" Fruit is great, if you on a strict weight loss diet, I wouldn't recommend a lot of fruit.
