Congrats to me!
I'm feeling very proud of myself.
I stuck it out just 1 week and I can see dramatic difference. I lost 12 lbs in 1 week.
This give me some serious motivation to continue. I feel like all the hard work is paying off!
I haven't join the gym but changes in my diet surely make a big impact.
I will continue to work towards my goal!
