I am 72 years young. I recently have been diagnosed with stage 1A breast cancer and now I am recuperating from a mastectomy. My prognosis is very good because of early detection. I have one more week of limited activity and then physical therapy.

Have been struggling with weightloss. I have maintained weight but not dropping lbs.

I hope to see see some loss soon with more activity on the horizon.
