I'M 54 YEARS OLD. WORK FULLTIME. I GENERALLY WORK MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. THE PROBLEM IS THAT DURING THE WINTER I SAT AROUND HERE AND GAINED ALL THIS WEIGHT FROM NOT DOING ANYTHING TO PREVENT IT SUCH AS EXERCING. I EVEN HAVE A TREADMILL THAT IS COLLECTING DUST. I CONVINCED MYSELF THAT I ONLY LIKE TO BE OUTSIDE WALKING AND OF COURSE IT WAS TOO COLD. THE BOTTOM LINE WAS JUST MAKING EXCUSES NOT TO DO ANYTHING. SO NOW I'VE MADE UP MY MIND THAT I JUST DON'T LIKE THE WAY I LOOK OR FEEL ABOUT MYSELF. I HAVE A HUSBAND THAT EATS JUST A SPOON FULL OF SWEETS AND HE'S DONE BUT OF COURSE I'M NOT DONE UNTIL IT'S ALL GONE. FINDING THIS WEBSITE IS THE BEST THING THAT COULD OF HAPPEN TO ME. WISH ME LUCK EVERYONE.

what do you do if the food or resturant isn't listed?
I went to Perkins had a cup of chicken noodle soup and split a plate of apptizers. I can't find Perkins or mozzarella sticks. I also had chicken tenders,fried green beans. I'd like to post it. Thanks for any help I can get.
